What this status does and does not prove

A successful health response confirms that the deployed Cloudflare runtime is reachable and reports whether the parser and signed-download settings are present. It does not send a synthetic Instagram URL, consume a third-party API request or guarantee that every public post can be resolved. Instagram availability, post privacy, expired media links and regional behavior can still affect an individual download.

How to report an incident

  1. Retry once in a private browser window.
  2. Record the tool type, device, browser, approximate time and visible error category.
  3. Do not email a private post URL, Instagram password, cookie, session ID or downloaded media.
  4. Send the non-sensitive details through the contact page.

Incident history

No historical incident feed is published yet. We will add an incident only when its start time, affected component, resolution and verification method can be documented. This avoids presenting a fabricated uptime percentage.
